His impressive track record includes a successful tenure at CEB, where he played a pivotal role in scaling teams and driving revenue. James excelled as a top revenue producer, spearheaded the launch of over 20 new programs, established the key account practice, revamped the hiring and development process for representatives, and mentored the next generation of sellers. Drawing from this rich experience, James has since assisted numerous early and growth-stage firms in building sustainable organizations. He believes in demystifying sales practices to empower leaders with personal expertise, enabling them to effectively manage commercial functions as their organizations expand.

Asmahan is an accomplished executive facilitator, having worked in roles related to operations, product strategy, and commercial for twenty years. She is an expert at leading product launches, coordinating turnarounds for underperforming sales teams, and generating significant membership growth in a variety of industries. Asmahan advocates for a thoughtful, kind, and balanced approach to business fundamentals, emphasizing the importance of repeatable processes, diverse perspectives, and customer-centric strategies. Asmahan has worked in business advisory, education, and technology companies and credits her non-traditional background as an engineer to much of her sales success - as it forced her out of her comfort zone and to find strategies that she could apply comfortably and successfully in all of her sales interactions.
