Impact: Starting with a blank whiteboard, our team built and implemented a comprehensive go-to-market plan that included bringing companies into the design process, developing the messaging, graphic presentation, and storyline, which won several awards for the Lab, and establishing a repeatable process to secure client conversations. 

Client: Board.org operates executive communities for people leading change at the world’s biggest companies through a proven membership model. 

The Work: Growth Guidepost led the launch of three corporate membership programs, embedding our team within the client's staff to implement a best practices playbook. We handled recruitment, messaging, team management, scheduling, sales, and conducted weekly activities, while also tracking data for benchmarking purposes.

Impact: Our efforts resulted in the fastest and most successful program launch in company history, accompanied by the development of a repeatable playbook and establishment of benchmarks for future endeavors. The CEO lauded our work as the "best program launch in 15 years" and the "most successful consulting relationship they ever had." Leaving the organization in a stronger position for future growth was immensely satisfying.

The Work:
They were at a critical point in the evolution of the business when they reached out to Growth Guidepost. Our work spanned across product redesign and supporting clients on a global basis. We led a company-wide, deep design effort to create a renewable product offer that would be relevant for innovation leaders at large financial institutions.

Impact: With a new product in hand, we transformed the existing global sales team to embrace a high-performance approach to selling an entirely different kind of product that allowed Medici to secure deals and serve the largest global banks.
